The consultation

We meet for an initial consultation that usually takes about an hour. We ask questions and get a feeling for the big picture and important details of your event. Some clients have pictures they share and that gives us an understanding of their vision and style. Others like to consider options and look for more design guidance. We get an understanding of your event, venue and budget. We then take what we glean from this meeting and put together a quote.

Making it happen

The quote is the place to start and make sure we are on the right page together. If you wish to follow through we will schedule another meeting in person or via the phone so we can fine tune in more detail and deliver a final proposal with exact pricing. The proposal may cover simply a rental or we can handle it all, from setup to take down. We will circle back with you about 6 weeks out from your event to review and see if you want any adjustments.
